Ladies and Gentleman, I have an announcement to make. I am officially the happiest person on this planet!!! Why's that you may ask? Well because it has been confirmed that the lazy piece of shit Tony Voce was finally kicked off the team!!! That's right, the dumbass started a fight with the coach and was told to go home and not return. They are still trying to figure out what to do with him. I say they let him sit at home the rest of the season. Why give him the benefit of a trade, not that any other team would want him. He's lazy and worthless. Only reason he got a chance here was because he was a home tome boy. Thank god that didn't stop them from sending him home. He deserved to be a healthy scratch as many times as he was. He did shit for the team. Also, I don't care how bad of a coach Samuelsson is, he is still the head coach. You listen to him and do as he says. All these people upset about this are retarded. One less guy they have to scratch and deal with all the time. So yes, I am extremely happy that he is gone and I just wanted to share that.
In other news.... just got back from Las Vegas yesterday. It was a good trip. Got to see the canyon which I always wanted to do. Even better is.... I got to see Jeff Smith!!!!!! He laughed and smiled when he saw us. I think he was in disbelieve it was us the first time but when he skated around again he got this huge smile and it just made me very happy to see. That had him playing defense though, which he so doesn't know how to do. Didn't get much ice time but at least he was playing.
Something else that makes me happy.... RJ scoring another short handed goal. Take that you haters! I absolutely love this boy and just don't understand that people that want him gone. There is no reason he should be. Upon checking the team stats today he is actually in the top 10 of the team in points. I don't really see anything wrong with that. He plays a good game, even if he isn't scoring a lot of goals. But hey, he may have gotten his groove back. 2 goals in one game and another in todays. We'll see.
Ok, I really only wanted to update about the first thing real quick. It's time for me to head to bed.
PS- All you Houle haters can kiss my ass! #5 saves on 36 shots! What's that? He's a horrible goal tender??? I THINK NOT!!!!

Ok, so I was tagged, not sure if I can think of 12 but I'm trying.
RULES: Each player of this game starts off with 12 weird things/habits about yourself. People who get tagged need to write a blog of their own 12 weird habits/things as well as state this rule clearly. At the end you need to choose 4 people to be tagged.
1. I get to work at least 20 mins early so I can sit in my car and read a book. 2. I don't eat on my lunch break, unless it's a small snack type thing, and instead read, as I find I don't have a lot of time to do that at home anymore. 3. I have to make my bed in order for me to sleep in it again, so if I don't make it in the morning I make it when I'm ready to go to bed, just to mess it up again. 4. I get motion sickness so I sit the back of the car and sleep on roadtrips, weird thing is I love rollercoasters even though they make me nauseous. 5. I hate tomatoes and anything made with them. I don't eat ketchup, or salsa, or sauce on my pasta, nothing. 6. I don't cook. I can only make pasta and heat up canned food. I have no desire to cook and plan to find a man who can cook so I don't have to. 7. I crack my knuckles all the time. My knees crack when I go to kneel down or anything of that sort. I crack my toes and ankles. Yes, I've heard it's bad for me to do, but I still do it. 8. I alphabatize my cd's and movies whenever I buy new ones. I tried doing so with my books but ran out of room for them so had to stop. 9. If we only have plain chips at the house I will dip them in BBQ sauce if there is no other dip available. 10. I like to dip onion rings in BBQ sauce. I also sometimes dip mozzarella sticks in it too. 11. I hate talking on the phone. I don't like calling people, hate having to leave messages, and won't call to place food orders. I just never liked being on the phone. I think I sound stupid. 12. I have been drinking coffee since I was 5 years old. I used to walk up the street to my grandmom's to have morning coffee with her before going to my afternoon kindergarten class. Now, I barely drink it at all, as it gives me a headache, I prefer tea.
I tag.... noone. I don't think there is really anyone left on my list who reads my journal anymore and would do it if they were tagged. Current Mood: tired

Ok, so game tonight. Totally awesome. Esche with the shutout. Forsberg's two goals were great. I may not like him much but I'll admit he had some pretty goals tonight. First one with the help of Ruzicka. Second where he totally skated circles around Sharp. Must suck not to be able to cheer for the guy you love so much because he made your boy look like a fool. Just can't understand people who can turn their backs completely on a team that was once their favorite. And all for a mediocre player as well. Pathetic really. Oh, and that little play where Gautier robbed Sharp of his chance, not that he would have scored anyway, that was nice. Overall a great game. It's also nice to know that you can get lower then the Flyers, the Blackhawks haven't scored a goal in 10 periods. OUCH!
Anyway, we had some cool Australians sitting by us. Nothing beats those accents. Of course Shilo made friends and got the scoop on them, because well, she's Shilo. Too bad they were leaving to go home Thursday. We even offered them free Phantoms tickets because the one guy said they were leaving saturday. Ah well. Then on the way out we ran into a couple Chicago fans. Awesome people because they just said they were hockey fans, so not really the enemy. Even they couldn't own up to their team.
Got to talk books during the first intermission. Anthony still knows who his fan club is. We didn't drop him just because we think he can't give us information about our favorite guys. That of course isn't necessarily the case either. He stays in touch with a lot of the guys he's met through the Flyers.
Ok, last thought of the night. I really hate the fact that I wasted that money. I wish I could go back and spend on something else more worthwhile. Maybe give someone deserving a great gift, instead of the person I did spend it on. Kind of makes me sick when I see it too. Just, totally not worthy. Current Mood: bitchy

Well, I know it has again been a really long time since I posted. Lately work has sucked, and by the time I come home I don't have much energy for anything. I've been reading the friends page and keeping up on everyone else as much as I can, just haven't felt like writing myself.
Work sucks as usual. Had two people quit within a week of each other. Have another teller with two weeks of scheduled time off this month leaving us with only two tellers. Not to mention my manager is overlapping with some of that time off so we are down two people and can't use the CSR as a teller. Up side to all of this? Getting a really fat paycheck. This past week I had 8 3/4 hours overtime. I basically worked an extra day and a half when it comes to the paycheck. I may actually get to save some of it. That would be really nice to do for a change. But, I did also get to pay a lot extra towards my credit cards so that's a good thing too. The last week in august should be another with a lot of overtime. I'll eat it up as much as I can while I can.
As some of you know last weekend we went to the last Bon Jovi show of this years tour. It was my birthday gift to Robin and Louisa. It was hotter then hell that night, but we had a blast anyway. The show was so awesome. He did two encores as opposed to just one. He also played I Am live for the first time ever. Played a lot of older stuff too. A lot different from the other show we went to. Thankfully the show was completely awesome because the venue completely sucked. Giants Stadium is crap for concerts. They opened the door only a half hour before the show started, instead of the usual hour for places around here. A bottle of 16 ounce water cost $4, $4.25 if you got it from a vendor in the stands. There is also no way for sound to escape so Nickleback sounded like crap. They use way too much bass and it just reverberated through your entire body. Gave me a gigantic headache. Again was not all that impressed with them as you could barely understand what they were singing and it was just loud obnoxious noise. Wrong type of band to be with Bon Jovi too, as Bon Jovi is more family friendly. After the show it took us an hour just to get out of the parking lot. And some asshole hit my car when he decided he didn't want to let someone else in front of him and edged up too much. Definitely not planning on going up there again for anything, but I can't say it will never happen.
Last night hung out with the girls again. We decided we were going to shoot pool. Yeah that was an experience. "We got some girls in the house!" Shi getting hit on by the black guy was pretty funny too. It definitely could have been worse for her, or us for that matter. Then Shi teaching Robin and Louisa and another black guy finding humor in the fact they didn't know how to rack the balls. Oh it was just too much. Spent most of the time laughing my ass off. Always a good time when out with the girls. Who needs a boyfriend when you got the best girlfriends in the world. Couldn't ask for any better.
Ok, well, I think I wrote enough to bore everyone. When the mood strikes, or something interesting happens, I'll update again.

So it's been a while. I always say that I'm terrible at updating this thing. I just never seem to have anything all that interesting to say.
Work is driving me crazy. We are finally fully staffed, but the one new guy grates my nerves because he's a know it all. The newest girl is just new to banking completely and I'm not sure I have the patience to teach her. The new manager is a good guy, but I clash heads with him. I'm getting to a point I'm going to completely snap at someone and it's not gonna be pretty. Chris and Kim are great and both are trying hard to make sure I'm ok, but it's just too hard. I had planned on leaving once everyone is settled in, but then I'd need to make sure I had another job to go to. I really don't know what I want to do though, so we'll see. I just wish it would all go back to being ok again, but it's not gonna do that.
On top of that I barely have any money. We all know how I have a jersey obsession, but I wish I hadn't bought so many of them this year. I love them, don't get me wrong, it's just that now I'm paying for it. Paying off the credit cards, and the phone bill, and just living in general, it's all just too much. I don't make nearly enough for it all. If I thought I could handle taking on a second job for the summer I would, but I'm stressed enough as it is.
At least I had a fairly productive day today. I got up somewhat early and relaxed for a while. I went to ACME to do a little shopping, but nothing too over the top. I did my laundry. I got a lot of reading done. I rearranged my t-shirt drawer and cleared off my desk. All in all a good day.
This week should be a good one too. I actually get out early a few days and have a half day on friday. Then we are going to see a couple movies, hang with Robin, just have a good time. Looking forward to it.
Ok, had enough of all that. I'll post again when the feeling strikes me to. Catch ya's on the flip side.

Last nights game was incredible. RJ scoring made me so damn proud. Really this post is just going to be some quotes from him and about him after last nights game that just make me happy that he's my boy.
"It's a good feeling when you're sitting on the bench and the crowd's going crazy. You get tingly through your body when the crowd is cheering that loud because you did something good. It's a great feeling. These guys are the best fans in hockey. They're amazing, they really are."
"I was thinking, we had so many odd-man breaks here and we haven’t gotten any shots on net," Umberger said. "Just prior to the goal, I had a 2-on-1 with Jeff (Carter) and it got broken up. So I was thinking shot the whole way. We needed to get something to the net. A rebound or something."
"I’ve seen that hit enough. So you guys can stop showing that, and show the goal over and over now."
"It felt pretty good to get that off my back, the first one of the series,” Umberger said. “It was a game that was crucial and that was the best part about it. It feels really good to get the series tied up at two, and get some momentum for our team."
"It was really special," said goaltender Robert Esche. "It’s great to see him on the ice, period. But when he can chip in like that, it was pretty outstanding."
"We worked ourselves back in the game, guys like Umberger got us going," said Forsberg. "We tried to create a little more tonight, had some chances and played pretty well."

My jersey obsession is going to bankrupt me. Thank god tonight was the last auction for this season. I have already purchased 8 jerseys this season I think. All but 2 were for me. Insane I know. The last auction I got Ellison's jersey. This time I got Jim Campbell's. At first I thought the jerseys were pretty damn ugly, but as the game went on, they grew on me. So yeah, I got to meet JC. He's a pretty cool dude. Was cracking me up with his Irish hat on tonight, while wearing his sweaty smelly jersey overtop his clean clothes. I think he said something about how we should be drinking green beers too, I don't know. Anyway, it was a good night and I am now a proud owner of another game worn jersey. Oh yeah, this one has blood on it too, but don't ask me how. Well, off to bed. Going to Bingo tomorrow, then movies and to the game on sunday. Overall should be an awesome weekend, especially since it's starting off with a win.
